Health Department holds Back-to-School immunization round up The Glynn County Health Depart ment will hold their annual back-to- school immunization Round Up from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 26. “It’s important not to wait until the last minute to get immunizations,” said Sharon G. Smith, Glynn County Health Department representative. “We want to make it convenient for parents to bring their children in to get vaccinated.” All children who come to the Round Up will receive free giveaways and be eligible to win fun door prizes. In addition, Sonny 103.3 radio will broadcast live from the event. “We understand that children don’t like to get shots,” said Smith. “That’s why we try to make the Round-Up fun and kid-friendly.” The Round Up will be held at the Glynn County Health Department on 2747 Fourth Street in Brunswick.
