Travel is not limited to the Glynn
County area for Rodriguez. He works
where the job takes him including
Jacksonville to Savannah.
"I had a Florida client who had a
home in Boston, MA with water dam
age. He was unable to find anyone in
Boston to do the work so we went in,
removed the wallpaper, repaired the
drywall and painted the home," Rodri
guez said.
"We concentrate on residential
painting where we specialize in custom
detail both inside and out. We strive for
perfection on each job," he said.

Coastal Georgia’s
unemployment rate
at 7.8% in April
The Georgia Department of Labor
(GDOL) reported that the unadjust
ed unemployment rate in the Coastal
Georgia area was a preliminary 7.8% in
April, up from a revised 7.7% in March.
The state’s seasonally adjusted unem
ployment rate was 9.3% in April, up
slightly from a revised 9.2% in March
and February.
The April jobless rate was up 3.5 per
centage points from 5.8% at this same
time last year. Georgia’s unemploy
ment rate remained above the national
rate of 8.9% for the 18th consecutive
month. The local area unemployment
rates are not seasonally adjusted. Geor
