er. of Seminole County Respectfully
shows.
1. That she is the Lawful Guardian
of or for. Velma, Marie, and Arra Bell
Pool, Minors, heretofore haveing been
duly appointed Guardian in Early
County Georgia, December the 4th
1915.
2. That Petitioner desires to sell
end reinvest for said minors, and for
’ their benefit, and gain,' only, the fol
lowing described property: Fifty acres

Georgia, described as follows: Com
mencing at the Northwest corner of
said lot, and running South 490 yards,

3. That said property is run down,
houses, barnes and fences are in need
of repair, and said Miners are not
finicially prepared or fixed to make
these necessary repairs, so for this
reason the lands will not be rented for
the year 1926, and it will be to the in
terest of said Minors to sell these
lands and reinvest in other property
that are not in need of repairs. The
said Minors are also in schorl in Donal-1
sonville and for this reason it will beni-1
fit them to have their property near I
them so that the rents, renters, or
croppers may be looked after.
