Present, their Honors, WILLIAM SMITH, JOHN H. MOREL, A. S. BULLOCfL
EDWARD TELFAIR, laid before the Court receipts and payments cf the county funds,
commencing with the 6th day of December, 1803, and ending with the 10th instant, which were
duly examined and contained- in two accounts, marked Numbers 1 and 2 with a balance due the
county, and to the credit ol Laid county, and now in the Bank, the sum of one hundred and twen
ty-nine dollars Sc seventy-seven cents. Whereupon it is ordered , that the accounts current Num
bers, 1 and 2, be entered on the minutes and that the Laid accounts and vouchers be filed in the
Clerk’s Office.
Ordered , that the accounts current, numbers, 1 and 2 together with the order of the 18th
July, 1803, regarding the Tax Collectors, bepublifhed in two of the City Gazettes.
1 he receiver of the Tax Returns, is requrredcSc direfcled to furnifh a statement of the amount
ofthe County Tax for the years, 1797, 1798, 1799, 1800, 180.1, 1802. That the feveial TaxCoL
ledors, do, on or before the firll day of November next, render an account ofthe receipts and
payments of the county tax —and by each of them, or execution will immediately thereafter, ilfue
