LOOP AROUND PERRY-PHASE II at which time and place the proposal will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The principal items of construction are; 1. 6,880 L.F.-6 5/8" O.D-.219' W.T., C.&W., ERW X 42 Steel Line Pipe Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. Bidders shall be aware that this contract includes a deductive alternate if awarded in conjunction with Welker Project No. 93-202, H.P. Loop Around Perry-Phase I. Plans, specifications and contract documents are open to public inspection at the office of Welker and Associates, Inc., Engineers, 445 Manget Street, P.O. One Contract shall be awarded covering all the work, and maximum time for completion shall not exceed 45 consecutive calendar days from starting date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
