Because of default in the payment of
the indebtedness, secured by-a Security
Deed executed by Terry A. Collins to City
Wide Mortgage, Inc., dated the 18th day
of March, 1992, and recorded in Deed
Book 957, Page 390, Houston County,
Georgia Records, and lastly assigned to
Knutson Mortgage Corporation by
assignment recorded in Houston County,
Georgia Records, the undersigned,
Knutson Mortgage Corporation, pursuant
to said deed and the note thereby
secured, has declared the entire amount
of said indebtedness due and payable

tained the following set forth and this con
veyance is made subject to the terms and
conditions of the following set forth:
"There is located on Lot No. 5, hereby
conveyed, a certain septic tank, and on
Lot No. 4, adjoining Lot No. 5 on the West,
there is located a well and pump. Lot No.
4 is owned by Grantors and Lot No. 5 is
owned by Grantees. Said septic tank, well
and pump are now jointly used by
Grantors and Grantees. Grantors, by
signing and delivering this deed, and
Grantees, by accepting this deed, agree
and bind themselves, their heirs and
assigns, to continue this joint use of said
tank and said well and pump with the
expenses of the maintenance, upkeep,
repairs and replacements to be borne

Said sale will be made under a power'
of sale contained in a deed to secure
debt from Jerry Neal Hudson, Jr., to The
Citizens Bank, Peach County, Georgia,
dated July 19, 1988, to secure a note
payable in monthly installments, which
deed to secure debt appears of record in
the office of the Clerk of Houston
Superior Court, Georgia, in Deed Book
813, pages 715 through 717.
Default having occurred in the indebt
edness thereby secured, the power of
sale in said deed to secure debt has
become operative.
The proceeds of said sale will be
applied as provided in said deed to
secure debt and as provided by law.
To the best of the undersigned's
knowledge and belief, the current owner
of the subject property is Jerry Neal
Hudson, Jr.
Said property will be sold as the prop

default due to his failure to. pay the debts

INC. Because of said default and failure
to make monthly payments when due,
and in accordance with provisions of said
Note, Loan Modification Agreement and
said Deed to Secure Debt, the under
signed has exercised its option to
declare the remainder of the debt due
and collectible, the power of sale con
tained in said Deed to Secure Debt has
become operative..
The said ROBERT J. WESSELS has
been notified in writing that the provisions
ins aid Note and Loan Modification
Agreement relative to the payment of
attorney's fees will be enforced.
