tained in the Deed to Secure Debt from
Arthur Lee Harris, Jr. to Warner Robins
Employees Credit Union, dated May 3,
1988, and recorded in Deed Book 805,
Page 499, Clerk' s Office, Houston
Superior Court, there will be sold by the
undersigned, Warner Robins Employees
Credit Union, at public outcry to the high
est bidder for cash, before the court
house door in Houston County, Georgia,
within the legal hours of sale on the first
Tuesday in October, 1995, the following

All that tract or parcel of land, lying
and being in Land Lot 52 of the 12th Land

events of default, failure to make pay
