Fudge Pie
2 eggs w
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
pinch salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients in blender except pecans. Add pecans to blend
ed mixture. Pour into a well-greased 9-10 inch pie plate. Bake in a 325
degree oven 30-35 minutes or until done. Serve warm with vanilla ice
cream. Yield: 8 servings.
