1 (3 3/4 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1/2 cup commercial sour cream
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup cooking sherry
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup poppy seeds
Combine all inaredients exceot dooov mdi and stir until lust

blended. Beat with electric mixer on medium spaed for two minutes.
Add poppy sseds and mix by hand. Pour batter Into a well grsesed 10-inch
Bunat or tube pan. Bake In a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or untH cake
tests done. Serve warm or cool - an unusual but delightful flavor.
