ZOO APPRENTICE This popular hands-on program for
kids ages 11-14 returns to Bear Hollow. Participants
will learn all about caring for the zoo's animal resi
dents. All graduates of the Zoo Apprentice Program
receive a t-shirt, and their names will be placed °n c
permanent plaque in the zoo. Memorial Park Beai
Hollow Wildlife Trail on Saturdays in February from 1
p.m. to 4 p.m. for ages 13 and 14. Programs for ages
9 and 10 are in March. Cost: $20 per person. Pre-reg

ART EVENTS
PANEL DISCUSSION The Athens Area Art Council is
sponsoring a discussion on "Selling Art or Selling •
Out? Creativity in a Capitalist Culture." The program
is geared towards visual artists, musicians and

STUDENT PHOTO SHOW APPLICATIONS The 13th
Annual Student Photo Show applications are now
available at the Tate Student Center Information
Desk. Sponsored by the University Union Visual Arts
Division, the show offers students a chance to submit
their photos in a juried competition. Cash prizes will
