ANOUSHKA SHANKAR Trained by her father, leg endary sitar virtuoso and composer Ravi Shankar, Anoushka Shankar is an accomplished sitar player. Formed to commemorate the 1946 lynchings at Moore's Ford Bridge the Moore's Ford Memorial Committee is dedi cated to promoting justice and "racial reconciliation" in the Athens community. MAGIC SHOW The Bradley Fields Magic and Illusion Show kicks cff the Classic Center Family Entertainment Series. Fields began his career as a magician's apprentice at age 14. ANYTHING GOES The first show in The Classic Center Broadway Series this season is Anything Goes. Directed and choreographed by lony Praise with a score by the legendary Cole Porter. Originally pro duced on Broadway in 1934, this lighthearted musical, which takes place on a luxury liner, made Ethel Merman a star. A 1962 version incorporated several Porter songs from other shows as well. Classic showtunes include, "Anything Goes," ‘You're the Top," "Night and Day," "Easy to Love" and more!
