made Mr. J. B. Butler received 190
votes. Ut should have been 490.
The Bulletin acknowledges receipt
of. announcement of the twenty-ninth
annual commencement of Brenau Col
lege Conservatory, May 17-20. Miss
Fleta Nesbitt, one of Irwinton’s most
- talented young ladizs, will receive her
diploma at this time.

We are having cocl weather now. It
makes the young cotton look bad. The

Mr, Ivey Granade was invited to a
hee tree cutting on last Friday might
and never reported much honey. We
guess they were all sweet enough with

Mr, J. N. Beck and his son, N. P.,
and his daughter, Miss Lizzie, attended
preaching at Laurel Branch Saturday.
Mr. J. A, Granade and brother, Mr.
E. T., made a business trip to Milledge
ville last Saturday.

Mr., E. T. Granade and his brother
attended preaching at ILaurel Branch
last Sunday.
Mr. J. A. Granade and family spent
last Sunday with their sister and bro
ther, Mr, and Mrs. J, H. Ethridge.
On last Saturday night there was
held preaching at Mr. and Mrs, M. L.
Beck’s, and all repcrted a good meet
ing.
We are in hopes of a good peach
crop this year. :
Mr. N. P. Beck called to see his|

Two nice young men gave their best
girls a call Sunday, evening. Guess

Mr. Walter Green and wife and Miss
Mae Green were the guests of Miss
Emma Domjny last Sunday.
Miss Sallie Raffield, who has been
spending some time with relatives and
friends here, returned to her home a
few days ago.
Plums are beginning to ripen and
some of the young folks can enjoy
them better than with salt.
The recent heavy rains have caused
scme of our farmers to have to plant
their cotton cver, and the grass just¥
grows on without any planting. !
