■ Notice is hereby given that on the
12th day of December, 1908, an elec
tion will be held in Wilkinson county,
at which will be submitted to the qual
ified voters of said county for their ■
determination whether bonds shall be
issued by said county in the sum of I
twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), '
which shall be applied to the purpose
of widening, straightening, stumping,
claying and grading the public roads
in said county; said bonds to beat
date the first day of April, 1909, to I
bear interest at the rate of six per i
cent per annum, payable annually' on |
the first day of April in each year to j
be in denominations of one thousand
dollars each and the principal thereof '
to be payable as follows: the first !
bond of one thousand dollars to be I
paid on first day of April, 1910, and ,
one on the first day of April in eacn t
succeeding year urftil all are retired
