ber, 1999, and that any person objecting
to the entry of a final order of adoption
shall file such objection in writing on or

County. Georgia Records, as last bans
(erred to Georgia Housing and Finance
Authority by assignment to be recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Houston County, Georgia, con
veying the after-described property to
secure a Note in the original principal
amount of Sixty One Thousand Ninety
Eight & No/100 Dollars ($61,098.00),
with interest thereon as set forth there
in, there wfil be sold at public outcry to
the highest bidder for cash before the
courthouse door of Houston County
Georgia within the legal hours of sale on
the first Tuesday in August, 1999, the
following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in Land Lot 317 of the
Thirteenth (13th) Land District of Hous
ton County, Georgia, being known and
designated as Lot 2, Block B, of a sub
division known as Southland, according
to a plat of survey of said subdivision
which is of record in Plat Book 15,
Pages 237. Clerk’s Office, Houston
Superior Court. Said plat and the
recorded copy thereof are hereby made
a part of this description to reference
thereto for all purposes.
The debt secured by said Security
Deed has been and is hereby declared
due because of, among other possfcte
events of default, failure to pay the
indebtedness as and when due and in
the manner provided in the Note and
Security Deed. The debt remaining in
default, this sale wiM be made tor the
