presented, seeking the adoption of the
minor child named therein.
It is hereby considered ordered and
adjudged by the Court that said applica
tion be set down for hearing and final
disposition before this Court at 9:30
o'clock a m., on the 2nd day of Septem
ber, 1999, and that any person objecting
to the entry of a final order of adoption
shall file such objection in writing on or
before September 2, 1999.
In the meantime, it appearing Wilson
E. Roberts is the father of the minor
child sought to be adopted in this case
and that his whereabouts are unknown,
it is ordered that the said father served
by publication as provided by law requir
ing the party whose written consent to
the adoption is required to file objec
tions, if any they have, otherwise the
Court shall proceed as to justice shall
appertain.
The Clerk is directed within fifteen
(15) days from the date of the filing of
this Petition as provided by law, to for
ward a conformed copy of the Petition
and this order to the State Department
of Family and Children Services, togeth
er with a letter requesting a complete
investigation and report to be made, as

Superior Court of said County $400.00
as the just compensation for the said
lands described; and aN persons claim
ing such fund or any interest therein, are
hereby required to make known in
accordance with the provieione of the
Official Code of Georgia, Annotated, the
condemnor has paid the Court for
Immediate possession of said property,
and all property, as above set forth, are
required by the Order of the Judge of
said Court to surrender possession of
the property to the City of Perry, Georgia
no later than 60 days from filing of the
Declaration of Taking.
That in accordance with the Official
Code of Georgia annotated Section 32-
3-13 through 32-3-19, if the owner, or
any of the owners, or any person having
a claim against or interest in said prop
erty, shall be dissatisfied with the com
pensation, as estimated in the Declara
tion of Taking and deposited in Court,
such person or persons, or any of them,
shall tube the right, at any time subse
quent to the filing of the Declaration and
the deposit of the fund into Court but not
later than 30 days following the date of
service as provide for in the Official
Code of Georgia Annotated 32-3-8
through 32-3-10 to file with the Court a
notice of appeal, the same to be in writ
ing and made a part of the record in the
proceedings.
