securing a Note in the original principal
amount of $84,000.00, said Note and
Security Deed having been last assigned
to Fleet Mortgage Corp f/k/a Fleet Real
Estate Funding Corp., the current holder
thereof, has declared the entire amount of
said indebtedness evidenced by the Note
immediately due and payable and, pur
