Application for documents together
with deposit of two hundred dollars
($200.00) per set should be filed
promptly with the Architect. Bidding
material will be forwarded as soon as
possible. The full amount of the deposit
for one (1) set of plans and specifica
tions will be refunded to each General
Contractor who submits a bona fide bid
upon return of such set in good condi
tion within ten (10) days after date of
opening of bids
All other deposits will be refunded
with deductions approximating the cost
of reproduction of documents equal to
’one hundred dollars ($10000), and
shipping and handling upon return of
same in good condition within ten (10)
days after date of opening of bids
Contract, if awarded, will be on a
lump sum basis oi the base bid to the
lowest responsible and qualified bidder
No bid may be withdrawn for a period
of 35 days after time has been called
on the date of opening Bids must be
accompanied by a bid bond in an
amount not less than 5% of the base

The debt secured by said Security
Deed has been and is hereby declared
due because of, among other possible
events, of default, failure to pay the
indebtedness as and when due and in
the manner provided in the Note and
Security Deed. The debt remaining in
default, this sale will be made for the
purpose of paying the same and all
expenses of this sale, as provided in
the Security Deed and by law, including
attorney’s fees (notice of intent to col

Said property will be sold subject to
any outstanding ad valorem taxes
(including taxes which are a lien, but
not yet due and payable), any matters
which might be disclosed by an accu
rate survey and inspection of the prop
erty, any assessments, liens, encum
brances, zoning ordinances, restric
tions, covenants, and matters of record
superior to the Security Deed first set
out above.
