First Baptist Church of
Perry. The bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Cliff Woods of Perry. The
groom is the son of Dr. and
Mrs. Horace Chitty of Moul
trie.
The Rev. J.E. Moak and
|)r. Edgar Cooper officiated.
Music was provided by
Kathy Wright, organist and
pianist; Ricky Williams and
Larry Sliavv. trumpeters;
the Albany Symphony

tiful” and “Ave Maria.”
Flic bride, who was given
in marriage bv her lather
and mother, wore a gown of
white satin and organza.
I lie gown was designed
with an off-the-shoulder
handed bodice, a slightly
implied waist and a skirt of
hated organza and a
chape! train with satin
banding at the hemline.
She carried a bouqet of
fresh gardenias, Virginia
roses, siephanotis and ivy.
She wore a custom
di igneci tiara of white

inied a lace handkerchief
given by her grandmother,
Lauretie Williams of San
ford Florida. She also wore
i ring given to her for the

Edwards ol Moultrie, a

Following the wedding a
reception was hosted by the
bride’s parents at the
Annabelle Fetterman Muse
um at Massee Lane Gar
dens in Marshallville.

Powers, Heather Brewer
and Tiffany Klein. Katie
Lowry and Allison duToit
were attendants for the
bride's book.
A unique gift displayed at
the reception was a doll
made to resemble the bride
in her wedding dress. This
was a gilt from the bride’s
parents.
Guests danced to the
music of Bob Cummings
and Reflections. The bride’s
cake was adorned with
fresh flowers and the origi
nal cake topper her parents
used 34 years ago at their
wedding reception.
The rehearsal party was
hosted at the New Perry
Hotel by the groom’s par
ents.
Following a honeymoon
trip to St. Thomas and
Aruba, the couple are living
in Alpharetta.

College and Valdosta State
University. She is employed
at R & R Systems.
The groom-elect is the

Berry to marry Dollar
Barth and Diane Cadenheaci of Warner Robins
announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer
Berry, to Billy Dollar, son of Glen and Leonora Dykes of
Byron. The wedding will be at First Baptist Church of Cen
terville at 2 p.m. on Oct. 16, 1999.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Tommy and
Norma Mayo of Perry, Herb and Hellen Pennington of
Perry, Grady and Ruby Cadenhead of Crestview, Fla.
She is a graduate of Northside High School and earned
her associates degree of business administration at Geor
gia Military College. She is employed by the Houston
County Board of Education.
The groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs.
Robert Britt of Macon and of George “Bill" Dollar of Bain
bridge.
He graduated from Peach County High School and
holds an industrial maintenanace degree from Middle
Georgia Tech. He is attending Macon College, and is
employed by the Houston County Board of Education.
