Contained in Security Deed
State of Georgia County of Houston
Under and by virtue of the Power of
Sale contained in a Security Deed exe
cuted by Margaret Elizabeth Morales,
hereinafter referred to as Grantor, to
Elizabeth N. Tucker f/k/a Elizabeth N.
Ozmore, dated March 26, 1998,
recorded in Deed Book 1345, Page 89,
et seq, in the records of the Clerk of
the Superior Court of the aforesaid
state and county, conveying the after
described property to secure a Note in
the original principal amount of Twenty
Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars
($29,900.00) with interest thereon as
set forth therein, there will be sold at
public outcry to the highest bidder for
cash before the courthouse door of

Houston County, Georgia, within the
legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday
in August, 2003, the following
described property:
All that tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in Land Lot 198 of the
Fifth Land District of Houston County,
Georgia, known and designated as Lot
No. 14, Block “A”, of a Subdivision
known as HUDSON HEIGHTS,
according to a plat of survey of said
Subdivision which is recorded in Plat
Book 6, Page 29, Clerk’s Office,
Houston Superior Court. Said plat and
the recorded copy thereof are hereby
made a part of this description by ref
erence thereto.
The debt secured by said Security
Deed has been and is hereby declared
due because of, among other possible
events of default, failure to pay the
indebtedness as and when due and in
the manner provided in the Note and
Security Deed. The debt remaining
in default, this sale will be made for the
purpose of paying the same and all
expenses of this sale, as provided in
the security Deed and by law, including
attorney’s fees (notice of intent to col
lect attorney’s fees having been given).
Said property will be sold subject to
any outstanding ad valorem taxes
(including taxes which are a lien, but
not yet due and payable), any matters
which might be disclosed by an accu
rate survey and inspection of the prop
erty any assessments, liens, encum
brances, zoning ordinances, restric
tions, covenants, and matters of record
superior to the Security Deed first set
out above.
To the best knowledge and belief of
the undersigned, the parties in posses
sion of the property is Margaret
Elizabeth Morales or a tenant and ten
ants and said property is more com
monly known as 827 Crestwood
Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088.

Under and by virtue of the power of
sale contained in a certain Deed to
Secure Debt from Wendy Taylor to
SUNMARK COMMUNITY BANK dated
February 19, 2002 and recorded at
Deed Book 2022, Page 312, Houston
County, Georgia Records, conveying
the after-described property to secure
a Note in the original principal amount
of $20,868.50, with interest thereon as
provided therein, there will be sold by
the undersigned at public outcry to the
highest bidder for cash before the
courthouse door of Houston County,
Georgia, during the legal hours of sale
on the first Tuesday in August, 2003, to
wit: August 05, 2003, the following
described property:
All that tract or parcel of land situate
lying and being in Land Lots 193 and
224 of the Tenth Land District of
Houston County, Georgia, being
known and designated as Lot 16,
Block E’, Section No. 3 of a subdivi
sion known as South Oaks, according
to a plat of survey of said subdivision
prepared by John J. Broxton, surveyor,
dated October 8, 1984, a copy of which
is of record in Map Book 27, Page 197,
Clerk’s Office Houston Superior Court.
Said plat and the recorded copy there
of are hereby made a part of this
description by reference thereto for all
purposes.
The debt secured by said instrument
having been and is hereby declared
due because of, among other possible
events of default, failure to pay the
indebtedness as and when due and in
the manner provided in the Note and
Deed to Secure Debt, this sale will be
made for the purpose of paying the
same and all expenses of this sale, as
provided in the Deed to Secure Debt
and by law, including attorneyis fees,
notice of intent to collect attorneyis
fees having been given.
Said property will be sold as the
property of Wendy Taylor, subject to
any outstanding ad valorem taxes
(including taxes which are a lien, but
not yet due and payable), any matters
which might be disclosed by an accu
rate survey and inspection of the prop
erty, any assessments, liens, encum
brances, zoning ordinances, restric
tions, covenants, easements, rights-of
way and any other matters of record
superior to the Deed to Secure Debt
first set out above.
To the best knowledge and belief of
the undersigned, the party in posses
sion of the property is Wendy Taylor or,
a tenant or tenants, and said property
was or is commonly known as Lot 16,
Block E, South Oaks Subdivision
This sale will be conducted subject
to (1) confirmation that the sale is not
prohibited under the United States
Bankruptcy Code; and (2) final confir
mation and audit of the status of the
loan with the holder of the Deed to
Secure Debt.
