appurtenances.
The terms of sale will bo, “one third
rash; one third payable in in one year
from the date ot the sale, with interest at
seven per centum per annum, and the re
maining third payable in two years from
the dale of the said sale, with like interest
—The purchaser giving bond with ap
proved personal security, and a mortgage
of the premises.”
The income of the properly now offer
ed for sale, is, from the best information
the subscribers can obtain, at least
$ 15,000 per annum—and as all previous
ly existing impediments to the sale are
now removed, and the subscribers are in
complete possession of the Bridge, they
confidently iuvilfe the attention ot' capit
alists lo this sale, as affording an oppor
tunity of the mn?t profitable investment
of capital that will perhaps ever again
occur.
