IT appearing to the Court, upon the
petition oi James Bilbo, that he is
, possessed of a deed ol mortgage for all
that tract of land consisting of several
tracts, comprising in all by survey, eleven
hundred acres, more or less, commonly
, known by the name of Hudson’s Mills, or
Hudson’s Ferry, bounded by lands of the
following persons, to wit;—To the east
by lands of Richard Scruggs or James
Grecnhow, deceased; to the west by
lands of James Greenhow, deceased, and
Richard Scruggs; to the norlhfoy Savan
nah River; to the south by lands of
Francis Lunday, Benjamin Daily and
William Thorn ; all situate and being in
the county of Scriven and Slate of Geor
i gia, which deed was signed, sealed and
delivered to the said James Bilbo by
James Hudson, on (he second day of Au-
Igust eighteen hundred and eleven ; and
which deed conteins a condition to be
void, if the said James Hudson, his heirs,
executors, administrators, or assigns,
should faithfully pay to the said James
Bilbo, his executors, administrators, or
assigns, the sum of one thousand dollars,
according Ip the true intent and meaning
of a certain Bond of the said James Hud
son, bearing even dale - with the said
mortgage, duly made and executed by
Jiie said James Hudson, to the said James
Bilbo, for the penal sum of two thousand
dollars, conditioned for the payment of the
said sum of one thousand dollars ; and the
said James Bilbo praying to have the
Equity of Redemption of the mortgaged

Rule for foreclosure of JUongage,
UPON the Petition of William and
Dennis Mahuny, praying the line
closing the. Equity of Redemption, in
and to all tiial tract of Land, lying and
being in the County of Lincoln 81 State
of Georgia, containing fifty-five acres,
more, or less, lying and being bn the
waters of New-ford Greek, adjoining
lands oi Seal, Lyon, Henley and Sharp
which said tract of Land was mortgaged
by Samuel Curry to your Petitioners
the better to secure the sum of three
hundred and ibr.y-two dollars and
twenty-seven cents, with interest.
On motion of Micajali Henley, attorney
for said William tc Dennis Malmny. It
is ordered that the principal interest
and cost he paid into Court within
twelve months from this day, otherwise
the Equity of redemption in and to the
Mortgaged premises, will be from
henceforth forever, burred and foreclo
ed and that this rule be published in
one of the public Gazettes of this
State,once in every mouth, until tile
time appointed by this rule for pay
ment, or a copy served upon the said
Samuel Curry, or his special agent,at
least six mouths previous to the times
