BY a Rule in the Richmond Academy,
there is a vacation until the Ist. of
January—after Which the exercises will
be resumed. The subscriber receives
under his own immediate charge a limit
eo number of females—those who hav6
been with him heretofore are considered
as already engaged for a purl of the
next year. Those who pay eight dol
lars a quarter will have their clijldrera
taught by the subscriber without distinc
tion ; and those who prefer to pay six
dollars a quarter, will have their chil
dren well aixl faithfully taught by Mr.
'"aylor. Very genteel boarding for girls
and boys may be had in the Academy,
under the immediate care of the subscri
