Directors ami Company of the Bank
of Augusta, praying the foreclosure of
the equity of redemption inland *o acer
tain lot or parcel ol land in the city of
Augusta, lying on the south side ol Broad
street, and extending back to Ellis street,
on which and on Broad street it has a
front of twenty-seven feet, bounded on
the cast by John Gasilin's lot, and on tin
West by John eindrat’s lot; also in and u
another lot est parcel of land is Summer
villu, about three miles from Augusta

Bank, of the state of-Cent gin, praying the
foreclosure of the equity i.f redemption,
in and to two lots ot land, in • the coun.y
and state aforesaid, and city of Augusta,

ta, by Daniel Stinges, Surveyor General,
on the twenty-eightn day ot February,
one thousand eight hundred St eighteen;
lying on the south Bile of Broad street,
as numbers iii*een anil sixteen, containing,
thirty feet each, front on said Bioad-stieet,

said Jots of laud were mortgaged on the
first day of July, one thousand eight hun
dred and eighteen, by Patrick McDowall,

UPON the petition of Richard Richard
son, praying the foreclosure of the
Equity of Redemption of a certain tract
or pui-cel of land lying, being and situate
in the county of Burke and State of Geor
gia, bounded us follows:—that is to say,
Northwardly by land formerly owned and
possessed by Jordan Tayl >r; Eastwardly
by James Tindai, Philip Thomas and John
Smith's land; Southwardly by James Mar
tin’s land, and Westwardly by Joshua
Nnnon’s land, containing one thousand
acres, more or less, having the creek rivu
let, or branch called the Rosemary, run
ning through a part of said tract or parcel
of land, which said tract or parcel of land
was on the sixth day of May, in the year
of our Lord one thousand, eight hundred
and seventeen mortgaged by the said Je
. remiah Miller to the said Richard Wicli
aiviron, to secure the payment .if the sum
of three thousand three hundred and ele
ven dollars and eighty threecems, with the
interest accruing thereon, tube paid on the
