MONETARY.
There is not much doing in tbs way of dis
counts. The monsy market is gsnsrally assy,
and dealers generally have fins balances to
their credit. Exchange is quoted at 5 Y cent,
in Maoon, and some large amounts have been
negotiated for a shade less.
