to never oarnally know each others wives

from the ritual in the next new edition to

orcated by a white man swearing he will
not know the negro’s wife, and the negro
returning the complimentary oath that ho
will not know the while man’s wife, it
endangers and invitee assaults upon those
who are not wives or danghteraof Republi

know the wife or daughter of a Republi
