Cows’ Riohts.—Mr. David Haynes,

John Brown’s cabbages, to their everlast

peace warrant to prevent Mr. Brown
from shooting his pet bovine. Judge
Butt ordered Mr. Brown released and ad
vised Mr. Haynes to pen his oow.

tleman in this city, that Mr. Felix Long,
an ostimable gentleman, residing in
Jackson county, Florida, was shot and
killed by some person, or persons un
