A remarkably youthful family attracted
considerable attention at the Union depot
in Montgomery Wednesday morning.
The family was composed of three mem
bers. a husband and wife and one child.
The husband is seventeen years old, the
wife just sweet sixteen and the child came
to bless the union three months ago.
The mortuary report of Montgomery
shows that the interments in the city cem
etery for the month of August, including
yesterday, number seventy-four. Of this
number seventeen were whites and fifty-
four colored; five whites and thirty-seven
colored were non-residents.

the label on the bottle was horror-stricken
at detecting the terrific mistake A young
man rode hurriedly for a physician, aria
one arrived in twenty minutes, but t o
