remedies have failed l> give any relief. In the
fall of IS 17, living in St. Louis, where I have
resided most of the time lor the last sixteen
years, I took a severe cold, which settled on my
lungs, and was routined to my bed, and dosed
and blistered by doctors for several weeks, hut
finally got on my legs again, hut not cured of
my hard coughing,anil rattlinrtickling ill
my throat, which continue! ssintly for

winter. My friends insisted I hid coughed
enough to kill a dozen common Dion, and that
I must he in the last stage of rorvmmption. 1
