Taylor County 4-H Makes And Delivers
Christmas Cards And Ornaments To
Nursing Home And Assisted Living Residents
Wayne Johnson Campaigns In Taylor County
drive and experience to fix it,"
said Johnson. “1 offer a strong,
conservative voice for the 2nd
District and have spent my ca
reer as a developer, a fixer and
a facilitator. That is something
we have not had in our repre
sentation from Southwest
Georgia in the last 30 years,
and I’m ready to go to work."
Johnson understands that in
order to fix a problem, you of
ten have to turn the model up
side down, and he has already
delivered results through our
Federal Government. He cut
through the red tape for dis
abled veterans to get relief on
student loan debt as Congress
intended. “They were making
our disabled veterans jump
through hoops to get a simple
benefit. I fixed it so that when
the VA declared a veteran dis
abled. they got the relief imme
diately without the burden
some application process. What
they were doing was just stu
pid, and we fixed the problem.”
Johnson will quickly say that
he is not a politician. *T believe
our politicians have been too
busy talking and earning
power instead of facilitating
success for the people they rep
resent. I want to solve prob
lems that positively impact
your day-to-day life, the things
you talk about with your fam
ily around the kitchen table.”
Johnson announced his can
didacy and has already met
with county commissioners,
members of the legislature, and
community leaders, to listen
and learn the important issues
in the 2nd District. Not surpris
ingly, he is hearing about prob
lems the federal government
creates every day that just
Taylor County 4-H met for a community service event to make Christmas cards and ornaments for the local nursing
home and assisted living residents. They were able to make arid deliver 30 ornaments and 28 cards. 4-H members
attending include; Adelyn Stevens, Bryson Cobb, Caleb Windham, Iiallie Jo Pandolfi, Maddox Acres, Kelton Moulton,
Colt Pandolfi, McKenzie Mdnvale, Emma Patera, Evan Haney, Walker Stuckey, Ava Cox, Anna Beth Carpenter,; and
Pre-Clubbers Peyton Cox and Grady Lowe. Teen Leaders were Lauren Blair and Kaitlyn Patera,
