with his friends.
He complained of feeling A little un
well on retiring, but no serloue alarm

this morning at 4 o’clock by his heavy
breathing and Immediately sutmnonod
medical aid. but the doctors were not
able to arouse lilm.
Mr. Ward was vlep president of thf
