leging a breach of promise of marriage,

for that amount. Then she handed out
a few letters from Gallatin for publi
cation. Gallatin's lawyer held several
^inferences with the actress' lawyers,
and the result wa* that Mr. Gallatin
agreed to pay to Miss Kelly $20,000 if
she would release him from all further
liability.

Miss Kelly I* not to give out any more
