lemon, one-half cup of chopped pea
nuts, nud mix with a half cup granu
lated sugar. Rub the butter aud sugar
smooth: add the beaten eggs, the flour,
cornstarch and powder, sifted together,
and the extract; flour the hoard, roll
out the dough rather thin, cut out with
a biscuit cutter, roll in the cliopiied
peanuts and sugar and lay on a
greased baking tin. Bake In medium
hot oren from eight to ten minutes.
