cial from Cleveland, Tenn., says that
Harry McDonald, of the klcDonald cir
cus aggregation, has been, released by
Judge H. C. Jaimes on a writ of habsas
corpus, charged with tha murder of J.
a Perry, s farmer who was killed at
the McDonald circus some days ago.
McDonald was cheered when the de
cision was rendered. 4
