statement to put parties on their guard, ms there
aro several persons in the east and west making
an imitation, and using my name with a flight
alteration. I have analysed several samples of
this counterfeit brand, and found that It contains
a deadly poison, this fact alone impels me to ean-
tl«n the public to protect those who are liable to he
deceived, end prevent the evil results attending
thn use of his poisonous Imitation. I also here<
b> nation the counterfeiters of my brand, that I
will prosecute them to the full extent of the law.
The genuine S. N. Pike’s Magnolia Whisky is
distilled from tbe best qualities of Rye and (hn,
and is warranted free from any deleterious or ob
noxious compound, it being a pure and healthy
