day in the month, between the hours often in the fore
noon and three in the afternoon, at the Court House in
which the property is situate. Notice of those sales
must be given in a public Gazette SIXTY DAY S pre
vious to the day of sale,
gales of NEGROES must be at Public Auction, on the
first Tuesday of the month, between the usual hours o
sale, at the place of public sales in the county where
the Letters Testamentary, or Administration, or Guar
dianship, may have been granted, first giving SIXTY
DAY’S notice thereof, in one of the public Gazettes o
this State, and at the door of the Court House where
such sales are to behold.

in like manner FORTY DAY S previous to day of sale.
Notice to the Debtors and Creditors of an Estate must he
published for FORTY DAY'S.
