latent Burke county, died in (he county of Murray,
on iho e:ght day ol September, 1834; by his certain
bond oft hat dale, a copy of which is filed in this
court, obligate himself to one William Daniel, of
Morgan county, his heirs or assigns, titles to two
lots in the town of Poinset, known by the A r o2,
and one halt of No 10. And also by his certain
other bond, made in Ihe same county on the 6th day
of September, 1834, the said Abner E obligated
him eh to execute Jo the ‘said William Daniel, his
heirs or assigns, the other half ofsaid lot No IG, in
the said tow n of Poinset (a copy of which last
mentioned bond rs filed in this court) and the said
James and With or. are the assignees of said bonds,
and also that said Abner E departed this Jim w ithout
executing said titles; and praying this court to di
rect Matthew Junes, administrator of the estate of
said Aimer E., lo execute the said titles to the said
James and William. It is thereupon, on motion ol
Aiulford Marsh, counsel for said petitioners, ordered,
that unless good cause bo shown to the contrary,

following distressing symptoms; sickness at the
stomach, headache, dizziness, palpitation of the

trescent eructation, coldness and weakness of the
extremeties,emaciation and general debility, dis
turbed rest, a sense of pressure and heat at the
stomach after eating, night mare, great mental
