possible events of default, failure to

that County Road 5 (Pye Road) has
ceased to be used by the public to
the extent that no substantial public
purpose is further served by this
Road. Further, the Board has deter
mined that removal of County Road
5 (Pye Road) from the County Road
System is in the best interest of the
public.
A public hearing will be held in the
Board of Commissioners Meeting
Room of the Taylor County Annex
located at 7 North Ivy Street, Butler,
