SHARE OF BIG FORTUNE

A gofnl slice of valuable property—
property now worth millions of dollars

of Wilmington, N. t\
Years ago when the Indians were al
most the sole Inhabitants of this sec
tion of the country the Springers came
from Stockholm, Sweden, and settled
at what Is now Wilmington. They ac
quired vast tracts of lands and what Is
more they didn’t entirely part with all
of It. That fact now causes a fortune
to loom up before the eyes of the At
lanta man.
One of these Springers married a
Ridge and that Ridge waa the great
grandfather of the Atlanta man. While
lote of the property owned by this an
cestor of Mr. Ridge was sold, there was
another large tract that was leased for
one hundred years and this lease has
now expired. Mr. Ridge’s aunt In I«ouln
vllle. Ky., found old papers telling of
the lease and she soon figured that It
expired two years ago. These facts
were communicated to .Mr. Ridge and
he has placed the entire matter In the
hands of Judge Konts. Besides Mr.
Ridge, there are about one hundred
nnd fifty other heirs to the property,
hut It Is so valuable that there will be
u fortune for all.
