116 of the 15th District, DeKalb
County, Georgia, being Lot 1, Block
D, Unit 1, Gresham Park Subdivision,
per plat at Plat Book 20, Page 29,
DeKalb County Records and being
more particularly described as fol
lows:
Beginning at a point on the west side
of Boulderview Drive 390 feet north
as measured along the west side of
the street from its intersection with
the north line of a 60 foot proposed
street as shown on the plat to which
reference is made and which Point of
Beginning is at the northeast corner
of Lot two (2) of said block, unit, and
subdivision and is now according to
DeKalb County Tax Plat 285 feet
north of Sahara Drive; running thence
north along the west side of Boulder
view Drive 65 feet to a point; running
thence west 135 feet to a point; run
ning thence south parallel with the
west side of Boulderview Drive 65
feet to the northwest corner of said
Lot two (2) a distance of 175 feet to
the point of beginning.

The tax deed to which this notice
relates are dated June 4, 2013 and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the Superior Court of DeKalb County,
