The successful bidder will be re
quired to furnish the City with evid
ence of liability insurance and work

Each bid must be submitted in a
SEALED ENVELOPE, addressed to
the City. Each sealed envelope con
taining a bid must be plainly marked
on the outside as “Celtic Way
Milling and Reclamation Project. If
a bid is forwarded by the United
States Postal Service, the sealed en
velope containing the bid must be en
closed in a separate mailing envel
ope to the attention of the City at the
address shown above.
All bids must be submitted on the bid
form of the type bound in the con
tract documents and conform to the
instructions in the information for bid
ders. No interlineations, additions, or
deletions shall be made in the pro
posal form by the bidder.
Any and all bids received without the
aforementioned qualifications criteria
enclosed, will be returned to the bid
der.
Contractors and sub-contractors bid
ding on this work will be required to
comply with all Federal, State and
local Laws.
The successful bidder will be re
quired to perform work as the prime
contractor. Work performed by the
prime contractor shall be at a minim
um of thirty percent (30%) of the con
tract value.
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid
within the time limit specified in the
instruction to bidders.

The proposed work consists of the
renovation of two existing adjacent
suites to be converted to a single
suite. Project is 95% demolition and
95% new construction. The suite will
serve as an office and
counseling/therapy area to serve and
treat people in the community.
Plumbing and mechanical systems
will be modified as needed by new
layout. Existing lights will be reused
as available. New finishes
throughout, in addition to building
corridor finishes. The County owned
facility is located at 1950 W. Ex
change Place, Tucker, Georgia
30084. The HVAC, electrical and
plumbing systems will be modified as
necessary.
