deed and the note given in evidence

ment of certain amounts required by

possession of subject property are

Superior Court for DeKalb County,
Georgia and last assigned to Pacific
Northwest Investments, LLC, said
Deed to Secure Debt having been
given to secure a Note dated August
3,2006in the original principal sum of
One Hundred and Thirteen Thou
sand and Four Hundred Dollars
($113,400.00), with interest from date
at the rate stated in said Note on the
unpaid balance until paid, there will
be sold by the undersigned at public
outcry to the highest bidder for cash
