Upon arriving at the location, Detective Crews contacted Nutt, as he did before, at which time Nutt came out the target location and entered the undercover vehicle, at which time he gave Detective Crews a plastic bag containing the Cocaine and Crews in return gave him $140.00, as Nutt requested, which was derived from the DeKalb County Investigative Fund. Upon Nutt exiting the vehicle He was approached by SWAT at which time He attempted to flee on foot, but was apprehended after a short foot chase.
