Hardy to Sterling Home Mortgage
Co. Inc., dated February 10, 2004,
recorded February 23, 2004, in Deed
Book 15832, Page 472, , DeKalb
County, Georgia Records, said Se
curity Deed having been given to se
cure a Note of even date in the ori
ginal principal amount of Two Hun
dred Seventy-Six Thousand Two
Hundred Fifty and 00/100 dollars
($276,250.00), with interest thereon
as provided for therein, said Security
Deed having been last sold, as
signed and transferred to The Bank
of New York Mellon Trust Company,
N.A.. as trustee on behalf of CWABS
Asset-Backed Certificates Trust
2004-5 , there will be sold at public
outcry to the highest bidder for cash
at the DeKalb County Courthouse,
within the legal hours of sale on the
first Tuesday in September, 2014, all
property described in said Security

made for the purpose of paying the

other payments provided for under
the terms of the Security Deed and
Note.

is” basis without any representation,
warranty or recourse against the
above-named or the undersigned.
