Address”).
The debt secured by the Security
Deed first set out above has been
and is hereby declared due because

default, non-payment of the Note.
The debt remaining in default, this
sale will be made for the purpose of
paying same and all expenses of this
sale, including attorney’s fees.

property of MARILYN HARRIS, sub
ject to any outstanding ad valorem
taxes, any assessments and any li
ens superior to the Security Deed first
