All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Land Lot 44 of the 18th
District of DeKalb County, Georgia,
being Lot 2, Block D of Dial Heights
Subdivision, as per plat recorded in
Plat Book 26, Page 79, DeKalb
County Records, and being more par
ticularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North
side of Dial Terrace, one thousand
two hundred sixty-nine (1,269) feet
Northerly, Northwesterly and West,
as measured along the curvature of
the Easterly, Northeasterly and North
side of Dial Terrace, from the North
east corner of Dial Terrace and Dial
Drive (said point of beginning being
at the Southwest corner of Lot 3 of
said block and subdivision) and run
ning thence West, along the North
side of Dial Terrace eighty-five (85)
feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 1
of said block and subdivision; run
ning thence North, along the East line
of said Lot 1, one hundred seventy-
seven (177) feet to a point; running
thence East, Eighty-Five (85) feet to
a point on the West line of Lot 3 of
said block and subdivision, and run
ning thence South, along the West
line of said Lot 3, one hundred sev
enty-seven (177) feet to the North
side of Dial Terrace and point of be
ginning; being improved property,
having a one-story brick house there
on known as No. 3652 Dial Terrace,
according to the present system of
numbering of houses in the City of
Avondale Estates, Georgia, and sub
