cords, subsequently modified by a
Loan Modification Agreement recor
ded June 3, 2008 in Book 20856,
Page 784, as last transferred to Cit
izens Bank, N.A. f/k/a RBS Citizens,
N.A. by assignment recorded on April
30, 2010 in Book 21950 Page 94 in
the Office of the Clerk of Superior
Court of DeKalb County, Georgia Re
cords, conveying the after-described
property to secure a Note in the ori
ginal principal amount of Seven Hun
