Local Small Business Enterprise Ordinance: It is the objective of the Chief Execut ive Officer and Board of Commission ers of DeKalb County to provide max imum practicable opportunity for all businesses to participate in the per formance of government contracts, including Local Small Business Enter prises (LSBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Busi ness Enterprises (WBE).
