GEORGIA, DEKALB COUNTY
By virtue of a Power of Sale con
tained in that certain Security Deed
from LAURENCE K. FRICK to BANK
OF AMERICA, N.A., dated October
30, 2002, recorded January 6, 2003,
in Deed Book 14060, Page 77, ,
DeKalb County, Georgia Records,
said Security Deed having been giv
en to secure a Note of even date in
the original principal amount of One
Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand
Four Hundred Twenty and 25/100
dollars ($183,420.25), with interest
thereon as provided for therein, said
Security Deed having been last sold,
assigned and transferred to BANK
OF AMERICA, N.A., there will be sold
at public outcry to the highest bidder
for cash at the DeKalb County Court
house, within the legal hours of sale
on the first Tuesday in November,
2014, all property described in said
Security Deed including but not lim
ited to the following described prop
erty:
All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Land Lot 238 of the 18th
District of DeKalb County, Georgia,
and being part of original Lot 2, Block
1 of Ashford Park Subdivision, said
subdivision shown at Plat Book 13,
Page 47, DeKalb County, Georgia
Records, and more particularly de
scribed as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found at the
intersection of the 60 foot Northerly
Right of Way of Dresden Drive
(formerly Candler Drive) and the 60
foot Easterly Right of Way of Camille
Drive (formerly Ashford Drive);
thence North 03 degrees 33 minutes
29 seconds West 108.24 feet along
the aforesaid Easterly Right of Way
of Camille Drive to an iron pin found;
thence North 83 degrees 53 minutes
02 seconds East 128.49 feet to an
iron pin found; thence South 10 de
grees 48 minutes 47 seconds West
106.50 feet to an iron pin found;
thence South 80 degrees 23 minutes
23 second West 102.50 feet to the
point of beginning. All as per plat of
survey by Seaton Grant Shepherd,
R.L.S. 2136, dated 4/27/95 for Bettye
Robinson, to which plat of survey is
incorporated herein and to which sur
vey reference is hereby made for a
more complete description of the
property, and being improved prop
erty with a single family residence
located thereon, and known municip
ally as 1474 Dresden Drive* * accord
ing to the present or former system of
numbering residences in DeKalb
County, Georgia.

Said legal description being con
trolling, however the property is more
commonly known as 2565 CAMILLE
DRIVE, ATLANTA, GA 30319.
The indebtedness secured by said
Security Deed has been and is
hereby declared due because of de
fault under the terms of said Security
Deed and Note. The indebtedness
remaining in default, this sale will be
made for the purpose of paying the
same, all expenses of the sale, in
cluding attorneys’ fees (notice to col
lect same having been given) and all
other payments provided for under
the terms of the Security Deed and
Note.
Said property will be sold on an “as-
is” basis without any representation,
warranty or recourse against the
above-named or the undersigned.
