This will require that Temporary Modular Buildings be placed at identified cam puses as a means to provide Instruc tional and Support spaces for the stu dents and faculty. In addition, CSD wishes to evaluate the manufactur ing and installation of Permanent Modular Buildings as a means of meeting the need in the K-5 grades. Therefore, CSD is seeking a Modular Construction Management / Design Build / Manufacturing (CM/DB/M) firm and/or team to assist in evaluating each of these (temporary versus per manent) options, identifying lease versus purchase options, then provid ing necessary construction manage ment, design build, manufacturing, and installation of these Modular buildings as decided upon by CSD.
