Conduct giving rise to said seizure was as follows: Said property: a. was directly or indirectly used or in tended for use to facilitate a violation of the Georgia Controlled Sub stances Act, O.C.G.A. § 16-13-30, more specifically, the possession, distribution, sale, or delivery of marijuana. b. was found in close proximity to said marijuana; or c. represents proceeds derived or realized from said violation(s) of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. During the month of October, 2014, DeKalb County South Precinct re ceived several complaints regarding illegal narcotics being sold from 2610 Stardust Trail, Decatur. After receiv ing these complaints, on October 17, 2014, Officers set up on the location and conducted surveillance. During the surveillance operation, the Of ficers observed multiple vehicles ar riving to the location where some were observed leaving after a few minutes and others were observed meeting someone at the basement door and leaving within seconds. Also, during this surveillance opera tion, the Officer observed a black male, tall slim build with long dreads, exit the residence and approach visit ing vehicles and leave a few minutes later. All this activity is consistent with illegal drug dealing. Due to this suspi cious activity, the Officers conducted several take-aways that resulted in marijuana being located in each vehicle. Due to their findings, a search war rant was granted and executed. Upon entering the location, two (2) males were observed fleeing out of the back door of the residence. After a short foot chase, both subjects, ++lsaiah Thomas and Cedric Wilder++, were taken into custody. Upon searching the location, they located 6.2 pounds of Marijuana, which was located in Thomas’ bedroom. They seized a 9mm Ruger handgun,3 digital scales, a zip loc vacuum seal system and other items that is consistent with il legal narcotic dealing, all located in Thomas' bedroom (please refer to property seized section). They also seized an undetermined amount of USC, which was located in Thomas’ dresser drawer and safe in his bed room. Thomas and Wilder were arrested and transported to DeKalb County
